When checking for updates the message appears that Bluetooth Drivers are up to date. If you don’t uninstall the software, the OS upgrade process will not complete. If you do this, take the time to take a picture or verify the configuration of that card in case you might decide to replace it. Possibly that is just referring to the Processor used in the system. I just received my new Inspiron 2-in-1 which came with a single band wireless adapter.
There are hundreds of folks using Windows 10 with this problem. I deleted the drivers and downloaded them from the DELL website and installed. On many laptops the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth bluetoth on the same physical card so replacing one of those is normally fairly easy. In addition, there are a couple of questions. If there are hundreds of folks with this problem what steps have you taken, as suggested by those threads, to correct your situation?
I believe the system is loosing communications to the device which causes it to disappear. The other thing you might do is open up the panel for access to the Wireless card and reseat it and make sure the antenna leads are secure.
